Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning and Light Maintenance Person to help keep our shop and building in top condition. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a clean environment, and can handle basic maintenance tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain shop floors, offices, customer areas, and restrooms
Empty trash, recycling, and shop waste bins daily
Pressure-wash driveways, entryways, and shop areas as needed
Restock cleaning supplies and restroom materials
Perform light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, small repairs, paint touch-ups, etc.)
Maintain outside areas (sweeping sidewalks, clearing debris, light landscaping)
Assist with organizing tools, parts storage, and deliveries when needed
Report maintenance issues or repair needs promptly
Requirements:
Dependable and punctual with good work habits
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a shop environment
Basic maintenance or handyman skills preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Compensation:
Starting pay: $18 (DOE)
