Hartman Farms is looking to hire an employee with farm experience to help with day to day operations. This is a full time, year round opening. Potential candidates should have knowledge of the following.
Drip, pivot and furrow irrigation.
Operate Tractors with GPS system
Pesticide/Chemigation applicators license
Class A CDL with clean driving record
Basic mechanic and welding skills
Computer knowledge with basic Microsoft excel and word understanding.
5+ years current farming experience
Willingness to work as a team and individually, needs to be reliable,self starter with reliable mode of transportation to work. Need to be able to lift 60lbs, work on uneven ground and in all weather conditions. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Work hours are Mon-Sat 7am-6pm. Sun as needed. Pay is $17-$21 DOE, + end of season bonus.
