We are currently looking for a skilled Janitorial Supervisor to play an instrumental role in our success.
This position requires:
Leadership skills to effectively manage a team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer needs are met.
Strong communication skills to train, lead and supervise a crew of team members as well as maintain effective communication between all staff.
Experience in commercial janitorial services to assist with and complete all cleaning duties.
An eye for detail to inspect completed duties to ensure satisfaction.
An ability to adapt to dynamic situations and the desire to set a good example as a valued member of our team.
Details:
This shift is typically Monday through Friday from 5:00pm to 1:30am. Occasional weekend work available.
Position starts at $17.50 per hour and increases to $19.00 per hour after 90 days, with an additional $1,000.00 Bonus Program.

Qualifications:
Ability to pass a background check.
Valid Driver’s License or Photo ID.
Janitorial and Supervisor experience.
Strong communication skills.
