Full-time, 30+ hours a week, M-F 10:00 - 4:00 (Saturday 11:00 - 3:00 shift also available).
We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable, safety conscious, individual to join our busy furniture warehouse team.
Job duties will include:
safely loading and unloading furniture from semi/moving trucks and customer's vehicles
carefully inspecting freight for damage
interfacing with customers and freight delivery personel with a helpful and positive attitude
safely moving furniture around the showroom floor
insuring furniture is moved and stored in a safe and protective manner
maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
accurately keeping up with daily paperwork
What we are looking for:
ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy furniture daily (75+ lbs)
experience with safe lifting techniques
a team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
reliable, punctual, and professional
good personal hygene as you will be interacting with customers and sales staff on a regular basis
previous moving/delivery/staging experience preferred
