Landscape and Gardening Crew Members
We are a specialty gardening company focusing on seasonal color displays, as well as the planting and care of perennial gardens. Seeking hard working Horticulturists to join our team. Full or Part Time Available
Qualifications:
- Willing to Work: Physically fit and able to work a full day outside in a variety of weather conditions, Able to lift tarps, soil bags, wheel barrow soil, mulch and rock
- Willing to Learn: Basic gardening and planting knowledge required, we can teach from there.
- Clean and current drivers license, reliable transportation required
- Ability to work with others as a team to achieve daily work goals
- Attention to detail and ability to take instruction
- Ability to drive a truck, manual or standard transmission and pull a trailer is a plus
Job Duties include:
- Weeding, deadheading, edging of beds, pruning and other routine garden maintenance
- Planting of flowers and perennial plants in the ground and in containers
- Heavy cleanup of debris in garden beds, removal of shrubs and small trees, transplanting.
- Spread compost, mulch, rock
