Looking for maybe a retired person or veteran for general flexible duties. I remodel, build, property management, and do a lot of lot development. Looking for someone that can back trailers, has their own basic and cordless tools, likes to work on houses, some easy mechanical work, and run errands as needed. Various work and some light construction. Average maybe 10 hrs a week and can be up to 40 hrs per week when I am building.
