About our Family:
We are a fun, busy family of five (children ages 16, 12, and 7) with a loving 60 lb Australian Border Collie Mix dog. We are seeking a nurturing, proactive, and detail-oriented House Manager to bring structure and ease to our home. With both parents balancing businesses that keep them out of the house most days — and three kids in different schools and activities — life often feels like needing to be in many places at once. We’re looking for an extra set of hands to help us stay organized, keep routines running smoothly, and make daily life feel more manageable.
Who you are:
Our ideal candidate is nurturing, mature, and calm under pressure — with the lived experience and initiative to run a busy household without constant direction, and the kind of presence that makes everyone feel well cared for. We’d love someone who sees what needs to be done, is comfortable following family systems (weekly/monthly checklists, shared calendars), partners with us in meal planning and household management, and brings steadiness to our daily routines.
Spanish language skills are a plus (though not required). Ability to prepare balanced meals (gluten-free and allergy-aware) are important. We are looking for someone reliable, thoughtful, and proactive — a true extension of the parents in the home.
