We are seeking a Janitor and Light Maintenance Person. Need to have a different set of maintenance skills and be able to handle different tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
-Heavy cleaning of swim school facility. Pressure wash deck, clean restrooms, dressing room, lobby etc.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and fixing,
- Minor drywall repairs
- facility Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
Need to be legal to work in the USA.
Must have transportation
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25-30 per week
Night Shift or early morning shift
