About the Position

This is an entry-level position, offering a great route to a high-paying career in the skilled trades. This position is a great gateway to becoming a carpenter or operator apprentice
This position could lead to Performing tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers.

Compensation and Benefits
Starting pay is $18-22 an hour
Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage available on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment
Location & commitments
Project Location – Nampa, ID
8–10-hour shifts
Overtime may be available
Evening/weekend work may be necessary to meet milestones
Requirements and Qualifications
No experience required
Current and valid driver’s license
Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
Pre-employment drug testing required
Criminal background check required
Adhere to all safety requirements
Commitment to teamwork, safe work practices, and integrity
