Fine Grade concrete landscapes and More Llc is looking to hire qualified candidates to join our landscape construction division.
The position is for landscape and hardscape installations on high end projects.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Must have 5 years experience in the landscape industry with involvement in prepping and building a variety of hardscape to icpi standards for walls, patio, engineered walls and steps.
- Must understand a project from a large scale perspective and see the project from start to finish.
- Must have problem solving skills and be solution based for issues or changes that may arise during the construction phase.
- Must be able to understand grades, pitches and flow for project installations.
- Must be a team player and be able to work well under a Forman and a super intendant.
- Must have an understanding of soft scapes and sprinkler systems and lay outs.
- Must be able to take responsibility and own mistakes that are made.
- Must show up on time and take pride in your work.
- Must have a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
