We are a residential construction company based in Eagle, Idaho. We are looking to hire landscaping laborers to join our landscaping and irrigation team. We build completely custom homes with unique landscape designs. We are looking for someone who works hard, takes pride in their work, and has a positive attitude.
Full time job, hours may vary, paid medical benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of landscaping and irrigation experience preferred
- Ability to handle a constant physical load
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to receive and act on direction
- Strong urge to provide a high quality product
- Eager to learn new skills
- Must be able to work full 40 hour weeks
Job Responsibilities
- Landscaping and irrigation installation
- Fencing installation
- Backfilling, grading, and installation prep work
- Communicating with team members
- Keeping track of tools and materials.
- Completing jobs on schedule and to a high quality
- Repairing irrigation lines
- Backfill, grading, and compacting for flatwork prep
- Keeping a clean and organized job site
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $16-20 (Based on experience)
