Green with Envy is a locally owned full service lawn and landscaping company. We are a great company to work for little drama, no tyrant attitudes, easy going/ family type atmosphere, Great wages. Also there is room to move up ranks and grow, if you have the right attitude and drive. We are constantly growing and are needing reliable honest people who want to grow with our company.
We are looking to hire people with experience running and leading a 2-3 man lawn maintenance crew, requirements are below.
Lawn maintenance technicians CREW LEAD:
- Must have 3yrs lawn maintenance experience
- Must be able to train and work with other team members
- Must have eye for detail, and make sure every property is done right.
- Must take pride in their work
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Good driving record
- Willingness to do bed maintenance as a part of weekly maintenance
- Willingness and ability to learn all aspects of landscaping
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Job includes lifting, bending, twisting
- Must have good customer service skills
- Reliable, honest, hard working, positive attitude and reliable transportation to work
- Any other experience is a plus, such as sprinklers, landscaping, ect.
We are a growing company and are looking for employees who enjoy working outdoors, want to be part of a team that works hard, takes pride in their work and enjoys the smaller company environment. We also would like to find people who enjoy landscaping and are looking to grow within the landscaping industry.
Pay is depending on experience.
There is a $200.00 hiring bonus for 3 yrs or more of experience.
