Better Way Boise is a full service moving and storage company. We also provide property clean outs and junk hauling services. Our moving services are a step above the rest and we expect our staff to be top notch as well.
Duties:
-Prep, Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items from trucks or storage units
- Safely transport items to and from designated locations
- Pack and unpack items as necessary
- Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed
- Follow instructions from team leaders or supervisors
- Safe operation of company vehicles
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time
- Clean Driving Record and Valid License
- Familiarity pulling trailers
- Knowledge of proper packing and moving techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Wages range from $18.00 to $22.50 to start. Hours are 8am to 4:30pm. Full time and part time available. There are some long days and some Saturdays.
We provide 40 hours of PTO per year and a Subside for purchasing insurance.
