We work in single family homes, real estate properties and rental properties.
OUR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS DO NOT CARRY ON CALL PHONES.
(Most shifts are between 8am-6pm Mon-Fri)
AND WE LOVE TO PROMOTE FROM WITHIN

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Must be well organized and have a strong work ethic.
You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Must have ability to pass a national felony background check.
Must pass drug screen
Clean driving record preferred
SOME PREFERRED SKILLS FOR EXPERIENCED WAGE:
⢠Carpentry experience
⢠Service maintenance experience
⢠Work order / residential maintenance experience
⢠Sheet rock repair / tape, mud, texture
⢠Painting
⢠Rental maintenance turn process
⢠Basic appliance repair
⢠Basic minor plumbing
⢠Basic minor electrical
