We are seeking a skilled paint foreman who can work independently. We require the applicants for this position to have multiple years of experience in commercial painting.
The position is full-time Monday - Friday with potential opportunity for weekends. Our company is based out of Meridian, but we have contracts throughout Idaho and Utah.
Applicant must be OK with travel.
Pay is $24-$28 / hr.

Expectations:
Expert knowledge of painting
Ability to exert physical effort in transporting 20lbs to 50 lbs
Ability to endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
Good communication
Willingness to undergo drug testing if requested
Willingness to undergo safety training
Maintaining a clean & risk-free environment
Timely arrivals to work
Special Skills Required:
Construction and foreman knowledge:
Running a crew of 3-8 labors
Able to read construction plans
Able to keep the site safe
Keep track of hours
Keep the project on schedule
Knowledge of commercial coatings:
(Paint, Epoxy, Clear Coats, ETC.)
Reliable transportation:
Clean Driving Record
Knowledge of wall finishes:
Level 1- 5 finishes
Knowledge of running a paint airless sprayer
Knowledge in running boom and scissor lifts
