We are seeking skilled painters in the Boise area!
Position is full-time Monday - Friday. Our company is based out of Southern Idaho, but we also have contracts throughout Northern Utah.
Some travel may be required. Travel accommodations are paid for.
The jobs we are in contract for are all commercial paint jobs requiring a very specific set of skills and knowledge. Experience on a commercial painting site is required.
Pay is $22-$28 / hr DOE
Expectations:
Expert knowledge of painting
Ability to exert physical effort in transporting up to 50 lbs
Ability to endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
Good communication
Willingness to undergo drug testing if requested
Willingness to undergo safety training
Maintaining a clean & risk-free environment
Timely arrivals to work
Special Skills Required:
Construction and foreman knowledge
Running a crew of 3-8 labors
Able to read construction plans
Able to keep the site safe
Keep track of hours
Keep the project on schedule
Knowledge of commercial coatings
Knowledge of Paint, Epoxy, Clear Coats, ETC.
Reliable transportation
Clean Driving Record
Knowledge of wall finishes
Knowledge of Level 1- 5 finishes
Knowledge of running a paint airless sprayer
Knowledge in running boom and scissor lifts
