As a Pitmaster Apprentice/ Lead Cook you will work side-by-side with our Pitmaster acquiring the skill level necessary for back-up/fill-in Pitmaster while leading the BOH staff as Lead Cook under the supervision and guidance of our Pitmaster and GM.
We serve MOUTH-WATERING BBQ (3 day Process prep-to-plate, cooked low & slow) with a Sports Bar vibe, offering live entertainment, Karaoke/Trivia/Music Bingo 3 nights/week hosted by Gypsy Entertainment, Paint Night every 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, and your Fave programs on 10 Big Screen Smart TV's, with the ambiance of our indoor fireplace, and well manicured & nicely landscaped/decorated front and back patios!
