Key Responsibilities
- Be punctual everyday (Be on time)
- Perform quality control checks on all completed work to ensure it meets or exceeds expectations.
- Oversee the maintenance of lawns, gardens, walkways, and other outdoor spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of service is provided.
- Perform hands-on work with the crew, including planting, mowing, trimming, irrigation, and maintenance.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the proper use of tools and machinery.
- Train and mentor crew members, helping to develop their skills and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards
- Maintain a high level of work quality and ensure that all landscaping services meet company and client expectations.
- Manage the procurement and maintenance of tools, equipment, and landscaping supplies.
