JOB SUMMARY
Requires heavy lifting 75+ lbs consistently throughout the shift. If you aren't able to lift heavy objects consistently, this isn't a good role for you. Packers are a specific role amongst the field team. They specialize in the packing of the items while onsite. They play a major role in the setup and cleanup of a packout and packback. It is of utmost importance that packer handles the items with care and attention. Working at an efficient pace is expected. Movers are another specific role amongst the field team. Movers focus on transporting the items from the loss site, back to the facility. Typically, movers will handle the heavier items within a home, such as a sofa, bookcase, entertainment center, etc. Movers may have the ability to pack as well. Driving is an expectation for Movers. Usually, Movers will come at the end of a job, primarily to focus on loading the vehicles.
