Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is now accepting candidates for a full-time, temp-to-hire Laborer for a local septic system repair and maintenance company located in Caldwell, ID. This is a year-round, full-time position.
Job Description
Our client is a locally owned and operated septic system repair and maintenance company. They specialize in repair and replacement of septic systems no longer capable of performing. They are seeking a full-time Laborer to join their team. This position will focus on a variety of tasks: Plumbing repair, little crawl space work, laying pipe, sprinkler and plumbing repair, drive company van when needed. Ideal candidate will be seeking an experienced labor position, working mainly outdoors with opportunity for growth. Our client is seeking an individual capable of assisting in septic maintenance operations, with some on-the-job training.
Requirements
Ability and desire to work 40+hrs per week
Plumbing experience preferred
Heavy equipment operator experience preferred
Ability to work in crawl spaces
Sprinkler install and repair experience preferred
Problem solving skills
Teachable mentality
Punctuality – ready to work at start of the shift
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
Details
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm but will vary if needed
Starting pay rate: $17.00/hr, paid weekly - every Friday for last week’s hours
