Short time project to build a 1954 Chevy pickup in my restoration shop

My 1954 chevy pickup needs to be finished. I think it should be done in about a month, working around 35 to 40 hours per week. My shop has all the tools and space to get it done. What I don’t have is the person that can do the job. My current shop folks are working on two different projects so the 54 is just waiting it’s turn. I do not want to wait any longer.

What needs to be done? First is to finish the wiring. It has barely been started. We are using a “kit” to wire the whole truck. After the wiring the interior needs to be finished (headliner painted and installed, finish insulation, add floor covering, add a console to hold the fuse box/etc. Then put the doors back on, put on the running boards, the bumpers, etc. Understand the suspension lean. Basically, finish the truck, ready to be sold.

I am looking for someone to help me put this project together. This is a short-term project, something to fill in the rest of winter before you go off to your next job.

This is project, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:00. Take a half hour lunch break if you desire (or eat a sandwich while you are working). The shop is heated and clean. Three other folks work in it, all are part-time. We are a smoke-free facility. I am the old guy who sits in the office and pretends that I understand the whole build process.

I would like to find a person who fits into this project. Tell me if you are interested by responding with an email via craigslist. I will attempt to respond to all inquiries if that is possible (depends on the volume and intelligence of the inquiries).

If you are looking for a full-time job, this is NOT the ad to pursue. This is a project that hopefully fits into your winter schedule.

Check me out at my website www.classicidaho.com.

Thanks for any response and consideration, Larry.
