We are seeking a highly skilled, extremely detail-oriented technician who takes pride in doing thorough, precise, and dependable work. Requirements & Expectations
Meticulous attention to detail. No sloppy, rushed, or lazy work.
Must be able to follow a detailed list of instructions and complete tasks exactly as outlined.
Strong work ethic and integrity. Honesty is mandatory—both with customers and the company.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must have your own tools and reliable vehicle.
Basic repair and maintenance skills, including but not limited to:
Window screen repair
Leak detection and basic plumbing fixes
Clearing clogs
Faucet replacement
Minor flooring repairs
Additional skillsets that are a major plus:
Carpet installation
Vinyl or hardwood floor installation
Painting experience (interior/exterior) is also highly valued.
Compensation
Starting pay: $19 per hour, with opportunities for raises based on performance, skill, and reliability.
