We have work orders available in Hermiston, OR and Elgin, OR that pays approximately $1000. We will add a separate trip charge.
Work involves:
- Some minor repairs (siding, window, downspout, fascia)
- Grass cut, shrub trimming, tree trimming
- Maid service and winterization

We are hiring experienced, professional, responsible, good with technology, able to follow directions, trashout vendors.
The crews must maintain a strict time frame for submitting the jobs. The approved jobs must be completed with the workmanship and investor/bank/client quality expectations. Job order instructions must be followed strictly. The vendor must be able to communicate actively.
Payment:
We pay our vendors on a weekly basis. We will pay you instantly within 48 hours of job completion if the payment due is more than $400 and you are interested in receiving instant payment.
