WATER WELL DRILLING HELPER (Caldwell, ID)
We need drillers and drilling helpers. Experienced drillers preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and willing to coordinate with team members to install water well systems.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Drilling Helpers are responsible for assisting the driller in daily tasks related to the installation of water well. These include but are not limited to: water well driller apprentice/roughneck/water well drilling hand, will be required to back up trailers, load & unload trucks as needed to complete jobs, help maintain equipment and vehicles as needed, ensure job sites, yard and trucks are kept clean, assist with the collection of samples.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be able to:
Stand for prolonged periods of time.
He/She must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to touch, handle, or feel objects, equipment, and peripherals.
Bending, reaching, and crouching are needed.
The ability to frequently lift 50 to 100 pounds is required. T
Ability to walk on all types of surfaces (uneven and/or slippery ground)
Physically able to climb on equipment
Must be able to use proper Personal Protective Equipment as required
Must be able to walk long distances, climb stockpiles, stoop, and crawl under and into enclosed spaces
Ability to see and hear safety indicators and warnings and will have exposure to all levels of noise, requiring hearing protection
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position works primarily outdoors and will require the employee to travel to project job sites in company vehicles. Workdays will be 10 hours per day but may require overtime (12+ hours) periodically.
Ability to work outside year-round in all types of weather conditions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read, write, verbally communicate, and perform basic arithmetic - English language
Valid Driver's License or the ability to obtain one.
