Painting with a Twist in Boise is hiring!
We are OPENING SOON and looking for fun and creative individuals to fill part-time positions as stage artist-instructors and floor artist-assistants. Flex your artistic muscle and show of those entertainment skills while enjoying a fun and dynamic studio atmosphere with America's number one paint and sip brand!
Candidates Must:
- Be enthusiastic with great energy
- Be 21 years of age or older in accordance with Idaho state law, as our studio is classified as a bar
- Have experience in a creative field (acrylic painting experience a plus)
- Be self-motivated
- Have weekend and evening availability
- Be able to articulate instructions clearly and in a fun way
- Have customer service experience
- Enjoy interacting with guests and providing a top-notch painting experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead step-by-step painting classes for groups of various skill levels in a fun, engaging, and encouraging manner.
- Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere that fosters creativity and enjoyment.
- Provide clear and easy-to-follow instructions while allowing guests to explore their artistic expression.
- Set up and break down painting stations, ensuring all supplies are prepared and properly cleaned after each session.
- Assist guests with their artwork as needed, offering guidance and encouragement.
- Promote and upsell upcoming classes, private events, and in-studio retail items.
- Adhere to alcohol service policies and assist with maintaining a safe and responsible drinking environment.
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and enhance their overall experience.
- Occasionally assist with offsite events, which may require setup, breakdown, and transportation of materials.
- Teach and assist with all-ages and children’s events, adapting instruction to different age groups and experience levels.
- Occasionally create original paintings for use in classes and marketing materials.
- Follow company guidelines and safety protocols for all materials and activities.
