If you’re looking for a place to clock in and coast, this is not the job.
If you take pride in showing up, solving problems, and building real products, keep reading.
WHAT WE DO:
We design and manufacture modular gold prospecting equipment and magnetic mineral separation tools.
Our products ship nationwide, and we supply major retailers such as Cabela’s, Bass Pro Shops, Amazon, and other specialty distributors.
Components are produced using 3D printers and light fabrication, then assembled, quality checked, and packaged for shipment.
We are currently scaling up production with a fleet of 3D printers and expect to double throughput over the next 12 months.
We need someone who wants to be part of that expansion.
THE JOB (what you’ll be doing):
– Running 3D printers (load filament, remove prints, basic troubleshooting)
– Part prep (trim, deburr, inspect quality)
– Light assembly + packing orders for retailers and direct customers
– General shop tasks (cleaning, organizing, moving materials)
PAY: $20/hr to start
HOURS: Part-time to start — more hours are earned based on reliability and output
LOCATION: Boise Bench
REQUIREMENTS (non-negotiable):
– Show up on time (early = on time)
– Follow written instructions
– Able to lift 40 lbs and work on your feet
– Must provide one professional reference (supervisor/foreman/instructor — not a friend)
– Must submit a simple resume or work history (dates + places worked)
– No drug or alcohol use during work. Showing up under the influence — including alcohol on breath — is grounds for immediate termination.
– Must be able to work safely around equipment
HOW TO APPLY (failure to follow = automatic disqualification):
Email with:
Subject line: “I read the whole ad”
A short resume or work history
One reference (name + phone + how they know your work)
One sentence answering:
“What does showing up on time say about a person?”
WHAT TO EXPECT:
– Paid trial day
– Show up at 7:55 AM
– If you’re late or show signs of impairment (drugs or alcohol), you will not return — safety and liability are not negotiable
THIS IS NOT FOR:
– People who bounce from job to job
– People who need to be babysat or reminded to stay on task
– People who “just need a paycheck until something better comes along”
THIS IS FOR:
– Someone who takes pride in workmanship and pace
– Someone who wants to see throughput double because of their contribution
– Someone who values clear expectations and direct communication
We aren’t hiring labor.
We are selecting reliability.
