We are now hiring a bilingual English/Spanish Intake Worker for our Independence location. This position assesses program eligibility, screens and refers families seeking services and conducts community outreach activities as needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Screen and orients families seeking services
Facilitate the completion of all necessary enrollment documentation using the agency software and database.
Identify and recruit children and families for program enrollment.
Distribute outreach materials and work with community partners to inform them of our services and programs.
Assess individual families' needs and provide services, information, advocacy or referral
Maintain and develop community contacts and liaisons. REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bilingual (Spanish) is requiredBENEFITS:
