The Administrator role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities within Greencat, typically focusing on managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations across various functions. Ensuring the efficient functioning of your program by managing administrative tasks, supporting the Program Operations Coordinator, and maintaining organizational standards. Their contributions are essential for enhancing productivity and program success.
Job Responsibilities:
Documentation
Maintaining accurate records, files, and documentation related to projects or processes. This may include preparing reports, creating folders, filling forms, updating spreadsheets, or managing databases
Coordinating Work
This position requires you to communicate efficiently with the production manager and technicians. Certain jobs may require equipment to be ordered and delivered. Organizing and overseeing projects or events from inception to completion. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring all aspects of the project are on track. Serving as a point of contact between different departments, sub-contractors, and colleagues. Program managers often need strong communication skills to effectively convey information and ensure everyone involved understands what is required to close out a job.
Job Responsibilities:
Education: Minimum- High School diploma
Experience: Previous experience in this role or related field is typically required. This could include administrative support, construction knowledge or similar roles.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities are essential, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for coordinating with team members.
