Skills & Experience Required:
Fast and accurate data entry skills (at least 70 WPM)
Repetitive data entry into spreadsheets or web browser fields using typing or copy/paste shortcut keys
Independent, self-starter, working independently to perform high volume data entry/typing jobs in an office with little to no supervision.
Excellent spelling required
Strong phone, email and communication skills
Positive attitude and high energy.
Professional appearance
Ability to work independently with high-level productivity
Self-disciplined and highly motivated attitude
Superior skills in customer relations: problem-solve on customers behalf and communicate in an assuring, confident manner, able to anticipate our client needs.
Strong organizational expertise and an attention to detail.
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license
Multi-tasking, time management and critical thinking
