OFFICE ASSISTANT/ TEAM PLAYER
Looking for an office assistant who has a great attitude and wants to come in and add value every day! The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing industry/company as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage phones and incoming calls, as well as calendar management, including employee time off.
Customer service and professional vendor management.
General office duties include: print, scan, e-file and manual filing, and manage office supplies and inventory of other business supplies.
Book and coordinate occasional domestic travel.
This role will work with all levels of the company on a daily basis.
REQUIREMENTS
5 years’ related experience in a professional or manufacturing office environment preferred.
Technology guru– MS Office 365 products including, Work, Excel, PowerPoint.
Highly proficient and motivated by a fast-paced environment with daily shifting priorities.
Thinks and executes accurately and efficiently.
Confident and decisive and extremely strong written and verbal communication skills - customer service a must!
