I have an immediate opening for a reliable, well-organized, detail-oriented individual to help me compile large amounts of various types of information and accurately organize thousands of documents accumulated by my female-owned-and-operated small business. This is a temporary position of up to three months that could be either part-time or full-time.
Job Requirements:
- good communication skills
- excellent clerical and organizational skills
- good basic computer skills (Mac)
- ability to create and work with basic spreadsheets (Google Sheets and/or Excel)
- ability to write simple, clear, accurate descriptions/explanations
- ability to follow directions
- ability to collaborate effectively with me to ensure thoroughness and accuracy
- flexibility to accommodate my schedule
- ability to work independently as needed
