Overview
This is a part time position - Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am-6pm with flexible hours between that
Job Responsibilities are
Recruitment of employees for new and existing contracts
Onboard employees ensuring proper paperwork is filled out
Keeping track andinvoicing contracts
Compose and submit payroll twice a month
Keeping track of employee list, employee needs, schedules, time off, and timesheets
In contact with managers regarding staffing needs
Making and receiving inbound/outbound calls regarding recruitment
Making and receiving inbound/outbound to set up walk through bids for potential contracts
Requirements
General computer knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A self- motivated, positive and team oriented attitude
Expected hours : 20 per week
