Full time Office Manager / Bookkeeper position immediately available.

We are in search of an office manager that can go with the flow of our current team of professionals while also having enough experience and confidence to suggest areas we could improve. We are a small but well-established company that has been in business for over 40 years. We are considered an essential business and did not have any downturns with the pandemic, and we don't expect any downturns because of COVID-19 in the next few years. We have a great tight knit group of committed and hard-working people and with recent changes in location, the addition of a production manager, and changes to our advertising strategies we are experiencing and expecting more growth in the future. Helpful Skills:
Proficient with Quickbooks, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook
Being able to type 60 words a minute or better
Job includes:
Data Entry
AR/AP
Setting up and maintaining Filing and General Paperwork Systems
Answering, transferring, and making phone calls
Answering and sending emails
Monitoring and maintaining office supplies
Assisting other Managers with office systems and questions
General office duties.
This is a full time position.
Pay is between $35,000 to $45,000 a year.
