You’ll be the person I text when a flight changes, when a birthday sneaks up, and when I can’t remember where I’m supposed to be in 20 minutes. If you like turning chaos into plans, we’ll get along great.
What you’ll actually do for me
Keep my calendar sane—book, move, and protect time; nudge me before I miss something.
Tame the inbox—skim, sort, draft replies in my voice, chase people for answers, close loops.
Plan travel end to end—flights, hotels, cars, check-ins, simple itineraries, backups when things go sideways.
Handle life admin—appointments (doctor, dentist, car, hair), reminders, renewals, returns, etc.
Find things fast—2–3 solid options for vendors/tools/gifts/venues with quick pros/cons.
Make stuff tidy—quick summaries, one-pagers, light doc cleanup so I don’t send messy things.
Guard the sensitive bits—see a lot, say little; treat my info like a locked vault.
Office & workspace stuff
Keep the workspace humming: restock basics and light cleaning/organizing
Expenses & purchases: order supplies/gear, track small budgets, reconcile receipts—clean paper trail.
Docs & organization: keep shared folders sane, name files clearly, maintain simple templates/SOPs.
Logistics: mail/shipping, courier runs, coffee/snack pickups for client visits.
Wellness & comfort
Book mas. therapist/physio/chiro. Bonus points if you have experience and/or give great back rubs.
Stock the small sanity savers—hydration, snacks, eye breaks—so the day moves easier.

How we’ll work
We’ll chat via text/Slack/email; you’ll run with it and circle back when needed. In-person as needed.
Part time, around 5 hours per week. You make your own schedule.
