Property Manager/Maintenance Team
Looking for strong self-starting on-site Management Team for an RV Park in the greater Idaho area. Be a part of a small family owned organization, that is involved in the day to day operations of their properties.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
General office duties to include rent collection, banking, annual inspections, move in paperwork, notices.
Maintenance, must have experience along with the ability to perform day to day repairs of the community. Complete work orders in a timely manner.
Have basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills. Maintain grounds and common areas. Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies. Must be able to take directions and be self-starter. Relate professionally with residents, vendors and other employees.
Must have own RV to live on-site.
Looking for long term managers/not a seasonal position.
We are looking for a two-person team = salary + RV space offered.
