Seeking an individual to work an Electric Bike Rental shop as a Rental Associate.

Job responsibilities include: Explaining the E-Bikes, Checking Out the Rental Bikes, Checking in the Rental Bikes, Cleaning the Rental Bikes upon return, General Bike Maintenance such as ensuring Bike tires are properly inflated, Charging Batteries, and overall shop management and general duties. Managing payments and a till, and answer phone calls.
Start Date: March 24th (Paid Training Day), then start Monday March 25th.
Work Days/Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9:45 am - 5:00 pm.
Days and hours may fluctuate slightly.
Days and hours will change effective week of May 27th as I have additional employees lined up for the summer months.
This is a "kick-back" place to work! There will be downtime, to which we have wireless internet, television, and couch to pass the time.
Priority for this position is a great customer facing attitude!
Job Requirements include but not limited to: Ability to lift up to 75lbs (Our largest bikes weighs 75 lbs). General maintenance expertise. Don't need bike experience, although a plus. Essentially, are you handy with fixing things? Must be trustworthy, dependable, and have a great attitude.
Location: Shop is located in West Boise.
Compensation: $10 per hour. 5% Revenue Sharing. Forecasted daily forecasted revenue anywhere from $100 - $1,000 per day. So if you have $500 rentals that day, you would receive a $25 bonus for the day. There will be poor weather days where you may do no rentals. $5 bonus for every 5 Star Review. Compensation will be paid out weekly. Benefits are not offered.
