Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Front Counter Parts Specialist to join our team at Peterson Toyota. As a Front Counter Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing parts inquiries and sales at our dealership.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the front counter, addressing their parts inquiries and needs promptly and professionally.

Utilize your expertise with CDK to efficiently process parts orders, track inventory, and manage customer accounts.

Provide accurate price quotes, availability, and delivery timelines for parts orders.

Collaborate effectively with the parts department team to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Maintain a clean and organized front counter area.

Assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving, stocking, and cycle counting parts.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a parts department within an automotive dealership setting, with specific experience using CDK.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately process orders and maintain organized records.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work at least one Saturday a month in rotation with the current parts team. If you work a Saturday then you get the following Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Toyota parts.
