Responsibilities and Duties:
Training will be provided for all tasks.
Assist customers with product selection and provide helpful answers to questions.
Participate in opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with Idaho food safety and sanitation laws.
Maintain a customer-focused, fast, friendly, and courteous service atmosphere.
Work with co-workers in a respectful and collaborative manner.
Wash, stack, and store dishes, utensils, and cookware, maintaining cleanliness standards.
Clean equipment, including grills, pans, grinders, and worktables, ensuring proper sanitation.
Keep customer-facing areas clean, including case windows and tile walls.
Maintain clean floors. regularly monitor and empty trash and recycling bins.
Safely transfer, cool, and store meat, ensuring proper labeling, dating, and rotation.
Use equipment properly and safely, adhering to safety guidelines.
Demonstrate strong work ethic, promote teamwork, and encourage teammates.
Cook and prepare food samples.
Break down and clean saw, grinder, meat tenderizer, and display cases.
Conduct temperature checks and maintain temperature logs.
Rotate products for freshness and ensure proper stock rotation.
Learn and retain new skills and processes.
Safely use knives for food preparation.
