Position Overview: Are you passionate about sustainable food and ready to make a difference? As a Sustainable Food Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Full Circle in the Treasure Valley, introducing our local farm-to-table program to individuals and businesses. Your role is to share the joys and benefits of fresh, organic produce and contribute to a healthier, more connected community.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with the Community: Use your engaging personality and next-level communication skills to connect with residents and businesses, and educate them on the benefits of supporting organic, sustainably grown food.

Build Lasting Relationships: Develop rapport with potential customers, addressing their questions and showing them how Full Circle’s offerings can enrich their lives.

Know the Product: Master the ins and outs of Full Circle’s organic farming practices, certifications, and sustainability efforts to share our story with passion and authenticity.

Achieve Sales Goals: Set and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, driving growth in our farm-to-table program while making a real impact.

Qualifications:

Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in promoting and supporting sustainable, local agriculture.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of our farm-to-table program.

Sales Experience: Previous door-to-door sales or relevant sales experience is desired, but not mandatory.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set and achieve goals, and stay motivated in a dynamic environment.
