We are an established insurance firm in Eagle, Idaho and were building a high-performing sales team. We want to build career agents that deserve over $100K a year.
We're looking for the following qualifications for our one-of-a-kind development opportunity:
- Property and Casualty License (Required) - Will train the right candidates
- Direct Sales or Telemarketing experience
- Excellent communication skills & fearless on the phone
- Confident, self-starter that's highly self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established book of business
- Meet company insurance sales goals follow the plan
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
- Develop insurance quotes, makes insurance sales presentations, and close sales
- Ask customer for referrals the heart of insurance sales follow the plan
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
