Loen Nursery is a Wholesale Nursery that grows and supplies a very large selection of all kinds of plants to the wholesale trade contractors, re-wholesalers, and garden centers. We are looking for inside customer service/sales reps. We service the US, Canada and outside reps and wholesale brokers. The job is structured so you will receive an hourly wage and a percentage of what you service. The more plants you get shipped out, the more money you make if sold by outside reps or yourself.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Order Entry, turned into inside sales
Plant Sales
Nursery Tours
Customer development
An ongoing knowledge of plants
Weekly call report
Participation in any Marketing Campaigns
Trade Show Participation
Quotes, follow up
Customer calls, new customer – building
Geographic Truck building of plants
A knowledge of what to sell.
Participation in future sales budgets/goals as needed
