We just launched and acquired 2 clients in the first week including the largest home remodeling company in the nation.
I am an ex-computer engineer who is an absolute master of marketing and sales and can bring on 40 clients/mo with no costs other than my time. What I need is a handful of driven, hard working coders to leverage replit to successfully build unique and complex software projects fast, like mvp done in 1 day fast. 2 days ago, I wanted to build out a legally valid e-sign software like Docusign and within 4 hours, including all legal research, I was able to build a fully functioning website that showcases my business and has legally valid e-sign functionality built in that allows new clients to see our contract, sign and pay following all ESIGN Act and UETA regulations - and the best part is I'll never have to pay Docusign or anyone else forever after.
I need exceptional developers who can code full blown systems and tools in a matter of hours or days, not weeks or months, just like I did in my first real attempt at using an AI coding tool.
This is initially a no pay opportunity, but, if you're excellent, you will acquire a full time salary within 60 days comparable to what you've been getting paid, and 1.5X - 2X your current salary within 6-12 months - along with profit share and potential equity.

So what is the business?
We offer custom software development services for $300/mo. We will build anything and everything a customer wants from scratch at that price. The catch is that they do not own the software. They only get access to it so long as they continue to pay us monthly. Furthermore, we're able to offer that same software to any of our other clients.
What does this mean? This means that we will have extraordinarily high close rates and retention and terrible revenue the first 30-90 days, but extraordinary and exceptional revenue and revenue growth by the end of Q1 2026.
Clients who work with us also get full access to all of the other softwares we've built for other clients making the value to price discrepancy massive so they'll never cancel.

Lastly, tools like replit allow you to build multiple projects simultaneously, which means a single, full-time developer using replit could theoretically build 5 different softwares in parallel while the AI works and potentially produce 5-20 new pieces of software every single month. This is what I'm counting on and this is what I'm looking for. If you can do this, then, financially, I can pay you a $100k+ salary within 90 days and $200k+ within 180 days.

I really only need 1-2 excellent developers to turn this into a $5M - $10M/year company and get you a $300k-$500k+/year salary within 12 months, but understand you will need to work extraordinarily hard with no pay for up to 2 months while we get this off the ground and jump revenue from near 0 to $10k+/mo by end of Jan 2026, and then we'll start growing by $5k-$20k/mo MRR every month and there will be plenty of month for you to get paid and bonuses and profit share and all that jazz.
