We are currently looking for an experienced maintenance tech for two complexes in Boise please do not apply if you do not have experience .
Requirement : Needs to be able to work unsupervised and follow directions. Must be reliable and self motivated and willing to take initiative. Must offer great customer service to residences and vendors. Needs to be able to work in a team environment. Needs to be a good communicator.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND MUST OWN INSURANCE AND CAN PASS A CRIMINAL BACK GROUND CHECK. DRUG TEST COULD BE REQUIRED
