Responsibilities:
Perform repairs on damaged vehicles, including structural and non-structural work.
Remove, replace, and repair body panels, fenders, bumpers, and other vehicle parts.
Use welding, straightening, and refinishing techniques to restore vehicles.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets shop and industry standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, and other team members.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an auto body technician.
Proficiency in using tools and equipment for auto body repair.
Familiarity with aluminum welding and other advanced repair techniques is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and follow instructions.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
