We are currently interviewing experienced Construction Managers to join our team of professionals.
Required:
- Excellent leadership skills, including communication, and people skills
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- Experience building and finishing structures
- Ability to do the work, train, and work in the field when needed
Every employee at Steelhead is expected to conduct themselves as an industry professional, so we interview and hire accordingly.
Our work includes deck building, patio cover additions, pergola builds, outdoor kitchens, fire Pits, shops, and other carpentry type work. We are not a general remodel company. Our work is creative and for those who prefer new challenges each day. We work in Ada County, Canyon County, Boise County, and Valley County, so working out of town is part of the job.
We work 8-10-hour days, Mon-Fri. Friday’s our employees are in overtime.
