What You’ll Do:
Bid the Job. Run the Job. Own the Outcome.
Visit job sites, meet customers, and put together solid estimates that make sense.
Bid residential and light commercial jobs like panel swaps, service upgrades, wiring, lighting, and full system installs.
Be the go-to guy for your team — managing daily work, mentoring apprentices, and keeping projects running smoothly.
Keep projects on time, on budget, and up to code — no cutting corners, no chaos.
Lead the Crew. Build the Department.
Help build a department you’re proud of — with systems that work and people you trust.
Coordinate with HVAC and plumbing teams for multi-trade jobs.
Keep track of materials, vendors, schedules, and numbers that matter.
Jump in when needed — this isn’t a desk-only job.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience estimating and managing electrical work (residential/light commercial).
Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
Strong leadership chops and the ability to manage a crew.
Solid understanding of NEC, safety regs, and quality work.
Comfortable with basic tech — estimating software, schedules, and customer follow-ups.
Clean driving record and valid license.
