McAlvain Construction, Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.
Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors.
Ensure work is completed to specifications and within deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
