Position Overview:
As part of our team, you will work on high-end homes that require top-quality craftsmanship. Prep work and caulking are must-have skills. We are willing to teach and train, but you must have experience in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete detailed prep work and caulking on all projects
Deliver high-quality painting results on high-end homes
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work with the team to ensure project timelines and standards are met
Qualifications:
Experience with prep work and caulking required
Strong attention to detail
Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team
Professional appearance and attitude
