Hiring for a foreman day to day with operations management capabilities. Unique position with a smaller company running 8-12 man crew.
A few must haves: Significant concrete background 7 years + , certifications in construction or job site management, clean DL, proven track record commercial or residential running crews, Significant experience running excavator skid steer loader, can read & understand site plans, can calculate slope to drain measurements & execute on site.

Compensation: $75k per year (paid hourly), plus bonuses, health insurance coverage after 1 year, 401k options, work truck to & from work, fuel card. (Bonuses should range 10-25k per year based off performance and work schedule successfully completed per year) If the company grows so do you.
