Hardscape Foreman
Job Description:
New Life Landscape is a full-service landscape construction company in search of an experienced and dedicated Hardscape Foreman. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the hardscape installation industry, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with others. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. If you have a positive attitude, excellent behavior, and top-notch communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse team of hardscapers, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines.
Oversee the maintenance of trucks, equipment, and tools.
Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the work done and to provide the best options based on experience.
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
Must have strong leadership skills with a positive attitude and excellent behavior.
Must have a firm working knowledge of best installation practices, proper safety protocols, use of hardscape and compaction tools, the ability to accurately read plans, and the ability to lay out a job site and set grades based on site conditions.
Must be able to upsell products and additions based on your experience and customer needs.
Must have the ability to effectively delegate responsibilities to crew members and plan for crew needs ahead of time.
Must have superior communication and interpersonal skills, both with customers and co-workers.
